In case of any dispute, the decision of Atal Lucky Draw Committee will be final and binding. In case of dispute, the jurisdiction will be Sikar. No winner will be able to make any claim regarding the brand and model of the product while receiving his/her prize as the images shown on the website are for marketing promotion only. Any person joining this scheme cannot claim cash reward. If the participant does not become the winner in the draw, he will not be able to get back the amount he has invested. Atal Lucky Draw Committee will give only a 70% portion of the amount received from the people participating as prize. The remaining amount will be distributed in marketing, maintenance, management team salary and other expenses. The winner among the participants will have to show all his original necessary documents. If you are a winner in the scheme, you will have to come in person to receive the prize. If you become a winner, you will be informed about it on the website and you may also be informed personally. If you are unable to reach on the date and time of prize distribution fixed by the committee then 15 days time will be given by the committee under special conditions otherwise the prize given to you will be considered cancelled.
